6. There had been a TRO that prevented DOGE from having full access at SSA,

while the case was waiting to be decided on the merits. The grifter and the take over "administration" appealed it to three courts to get the TRO lifted. It even went to an en banc full panel at the Fourth Circuit court, which upheld the TRO. So then the grifter took it to SCOTUS for emergency relief and got it.

So even if the original court eventually finds for the plaintiffs on the merits, how do you put that Genie back in the bottle? IT is a major betrayal from SCOTUS again.
