that this guy is apparently too young to know how to either a) tie is own tie properly or b) get someone else to do it for him, properly?

Normally I'm not big on appearance cr*p, but for a professional photo of someone in a position of some responsibility in our government ... I expect if they are going to ATTEMPT to wear a tie, then at least do it reasonably well. Sigh. (Or be a Fetterman, where his schtick is to be a slob. Pick one.)
