They need to hold the line. Trump is intentionally trying to keep them off balance. That's a strategy which he seems to be good at. And, sadly, the top guns in the corporation treat it likes it's a business decision to buckle. That just opens the door for more abuse from Trump, and a slew of unintended consequences from the public.
