the laws that Newsome is relying on in our lawsuit to get the federalized troops out of our state. We don't need to hand trump a picture to support his brief, in which he is going to say, "insurrection," and "foreign countries." Or, his "right" to do it, just because he's currently pResident.
Also, what happens here will inspire other states and their lawsuits for the same thing based on the same laws. We are so law abiding. It's easy to say, "Get your gun," and much harder to thread the needle in order to win, especially with the RW SC. It does seem like Newsom is trying his darndest to keep us coloring within the lines.
My current symbol of defiance is the young man with the skateboard who got shot at with some kind of ordinance (I don't think he got hit--???), and emerged from the smoke to turn and give them the finger. He didn't have any kind of flag. He just seemed to be passing by. I don't know what he said or did. It looked like he just approached them.
I live with Mexicans surrounding me, along with an Israeli family. I long ago declared my place to be a trump free zone, and politics are not available here. It works well.

You see, I believe the Mexican flags are devisive. We should unite FOR the US and AGAINST Trump. Fascism is the issue here, not who is legal or illegal. DUE PROCESS is the basis on which we hang our flags. But when you complain in court, you have to present a coherent, logical approach for your issue. Trump's unlawfulness will not be based on deportation--it will be based on the fact that trump unlawfully seized power over the Guard. If we win there, other states also have a chance to win, (although they do, anyway,) and that will be helpful to have the Guard tell him, "No" in the coming Civil War 2.0.
Trump is absolutely counting on the military to support his regime. He's counting on the top military guys to refuse to support the citizens in getting rid of fascism. There are three things they can do: Come in and shoot us all down; they can fight with us; or they can say "no" and do nothing. There are not enough cops to control us. Sooner or later, trump will have to flee. I say, let him go. Let some hurricane get him in the Caribbean.
