15. How can this be if there is $0.035 of aluminum per can

Half ounce aluminum per can. Roughly $0.07 per ounce of aluminum. Canners probably buy better.

Sounds like gouging from someone in the chain. It’s less than a $0.25 per case of tariff cost.

I’ve heard of others taking advantage of us on this same principle. Corporate greed
