13. Supt. Carvalho has thrown down the gauntlet. I think ICE will attack graduation ceremonies.

I also think it could get ugly. I don't believe students will be the least bit intimidated. They will stand up to protect their own. Let's set if Gestapo Miller wants the bad PR of his agents beating students in caps and gown. My guess is he doesn't give a shit.
