I like rallies and protests, and try to attend them. I'm okay with monkey-warfare, though far too old to run as fast as I could once do. So that's off my list! I don't like violence -- though I recognize the right to self-defense. I do think there will be an increase in agitators trying to stir th pot of violence. I've dealt with a number of them over the decades.

It is my hope that within 4 to 6 weeks we see more people recognizing the power that the protests Gandhi and King advocated and led is the correct way. It will not end the violence, at first and likely second and third. But it will highlight who is violent and who isn't. And that will rouse the nation's conscience.
