He's telling us to stop calling them the National Guard because they were federalized.

That means they are restricted and cannot do law enforcement activities. They are under restrictions to protect federal property or ICE personnel. They can't detain or arrest anyone.
They are akin to U.S. Army soldiers now.

People (maybe the media) are thinking they can do policing but they can't unless the insurrection act is invoked or Gov. Newsom consents to their activation.



Me: If they do get involved with policing then they should be reported.
