He was known as being high IQ. He graduated from Delaware with a BA and Syracuse with a JD. So trump needs lawyers to interpret the Constitution for him.( you saw what he thought the DECLARATION OF IDEPENDENCE meant. He always seems to think things mean the opposite of what they really mean. He does this so much I wonder if it's a condition? But yet Biden is the dim bulb? I vet Biden knows backward and forward the Constitution and knows that the Declaration was a claiming of independence ( dumping the King) for the Colonies away from England and not loving unity. ( wasn't it Terry Moran that exposed that? )
