Biden had to ramp up production of needles; a fact that Trump had overlooked.
COVID vaccines are useless if you do have the mechanism to deliver the vaccine.
His staff likes to talk about Trump's legacy.
He already has a legacy.
Trump, the ultimate Dunning-Kruger president's first term is ranked near the bottom; Biden's is ranked higher.

Instead of Trump hiring the best of the best, he has hired the worst of the rest; going for loyalty.
Trump could have pursued a cure for cancer but with his cancelling cancer research and firing scientists and his anti-immigration and anti-science and anti-education bent, it will not happen in his presidency.
