1. Damn, I remember watching that incident like it was yesterday

Sitting in the student union building and looking up to the big screen on the wall (well, it was big screen to me... at the time). I was idealistic and hopeful and thought I was witness to the birth of a new republic.

After seeing the dementia my own nation is undergoing this year, I may also be witness to the death of new republic.
