he can't find a white person to work in the heat and there goes his fancy house and the amenities he worked for all his life.

All I can say; Bring on the leopard.

I'm a west coast FLorida resident and I don't hear the nail guns and saws going at 7 a.m. any more. Add the inability to price out a job and you'll see the economy go to shit by August here.
