That point in the older cartoons when, after being brutalized and/or humiliated, he would say "That's all I can stands; I can't stands no more!" The Popeye fanfare plays, he whips out his squeezable can of spinach, eats it all in one gulp, and then proceeds to whoop some ass.

The young Krasnov might have possibly benefitted by having a can of whoop-ass occasionally opened on him in his formative years.
