In a third country at this stage. He will have grounds for political persecution at this stage. It’s unfortunate, but clear he cannot be returned to El Salvador and, whilst the goons are in charge in the US, if he’s acquitted it’s not safe there either.
Something like 2/3 of immigration judges are Dick Tater appointees, so it’ll be a crap shoot when he comes up in immigration court again
