This reverse Robin Hood slows economic activity and will reduce economic growth. This will leave us all with increasing Debt. The wealthy spend more slowly, and often just slowly shuffle the loot amongst their own ilk. The difference isn't a few percent, it's the top 2% can't spend their money once in a year, where the bottom 40% create close to 10 times more economic activity.
