The BBC said 1:07 am BST, British Summer Time.

The strike happened not long before.

Who's going to be at fenced off, isolated high-security sites at 2:30 or 3:00 am early morning , even if Sunday is their second day of the workweek? (They take off Thursday to get ready for religious observance on Friday.)

Not a whole lot of civilians. Not even a lot of IRGC. Guards staffing the entrances for the most part, I'd say. Who knew that their locations would be possible targets of IDF strikes, in any event, another reason a rational military would limit on-site staff.

I don't see a wave of contrition due to mass civilian casualties overwhelming the "staff" on the bombers.

Haven't heard the IRGC give a death toll, but it won't be large and will all be military.
