To focus on making peace with their neighbor and major historic religious rival, and focus on their economic growth. They are pouring billions into tech infrastructure and establishing better trade relations with China, India, and even Russia, who they have had their own proxy conflicts with in the past.

MBS may be vicious but he isn’t stupid. He also knows that kissing trumps ass goes only so far.
