The problem with this one is that the punishment doesn't fit the so-called crime of carelessness; iow, her crimeless life doesn't merit what amounts to death camp detention, which is against the "cruel and unusual punishment clause of the Eighth Amendment. She seriously needs a Democracy Forward or ACLU lawyer, and some help from the British embassy with Rubio.
Looks like the wall works both ways now.
