The first week of July was spotty, though, too much had needed to be harvested and too much was at least 2 weeks from ripening. Lettuce was starting to bolt and had to be harvested and packed to last into August while tomatoes were getting huge but staying resolutely green.
You'll probably have better luck in a couple of weeks if your guy buys locally.
