16. I was listening to Olbermann's podcast last night.

Not sure what to think of his perspective. He said Colbert is not being fired because of what's his name. He said if he was, Colbert would not be kept on until - I forget, is it November or October? He used one of his own firings to back up this example. I thought Colbert was immediately gone. If he truly is staying for months, it feels like it is not the orange one doing it. He would want Colbert gone at once.

The part I definitely did not agree with was when he said late night talk shows are going away. From what I have heard, Colbert's show is strongest in ratings of all the late night talk shows. Why not fire the weakest first and see if that audience joins the strongest show?

With my brain injury, I am never sure what to think. It feels like maybe he has a point? Has anyone listened to that episode, or is what Keith is saying make sense?
