great musician known for peace songs...........had become a peaceful Muslim, it was during the WBush Regime of IRAQ war........

Cat Stevens had "peace" war songs, famous during Viet Nam......Cheney/Rummy also had 400+ Sinclair RW am radio stations ban *100* of the famous anti war songs from Viet nam, for fear it would once again prompt resistance to their corrupt war.......And that ban is still in effect and the reason you will not ever hear "The Eve of Destruction" even though it is more applicable NOW than it was in the 60"s (You can still google all of them on You Tube.....including "The Eve of Destruction" etc

All of the Sound Track from Harold and Maude, a cult classic, was Cat Steven's songs and him singing them
