redistricting. It isn't one election, it's 37 congressional elections. Odds of retaining more seats was higher before this redistricting push. It is lowering the Democrat's odds.

Trump knows odds of retaining the house are not in his favor, so he looked to Texas.
The rest of the country will likely follow similar voting patterns.
