Thank you for your "Newsom feedback." I did live in California a long time ago - and loved it! But I was actually one who campaigned for Jerry Brown (A REALLY long time ago!) back when he was "Governor Moonbeam." So, I'm not sure I'm a reliable source for opinions on California politicians. I've been wrestling with the Newsom "thing," liking/not-liking him; worried about his ... well, frankly, his obvious California-ness. Oh, and his having been married to Kimberly Gilfoyle. Ugh! Well we all make mistakes, and hopefully he learned from that one!
But as you say, he appears to have undeniable strengths. And courage. And the will to fight for California and the rest of the country. So I happily sent him some money, and I will gladly support him in his fight to redistrict, and restore democracy to America.
