6. I'm curious as to where the National Guard will be deployed in Chicago to "stop crime"

CNN has this whole clown story, but no details on what a deployment would actually look like. I mean, are there going to be troops surrounding the Bean? Are they going to be picking up suburban pukers in Wrigleyville? The whole thing is goofy.
