12. Can anyone speak to the backgrounds of the quoted opinionators?

I'm just curious, knowing more about these people and their affiliations might tell us something useful about the opposition.

Darius Kemp, California Common Cause
LeBron Hill, Sacramento Bee
Jeanne Raya, California Citizens Redistricting Commission
Charles T. Munger, Protect Voters First, Hold Politicians Accountable

Gloria Chun Hoo, League of Women Voters of California
page 5:
Russel Yee, California Citizens Redistricting Commission
I'm a bit suspicious of some of these organizations. I've seen assholes try to up their pet associations by picking names that are just a little different from the real thing. LWV of CA is likely legit, disappointing though. Is "California Citizens Redistricting Commission" the actual name of the independent redistricting body? And who is "Right Path California"?
