15. Illegal alien, got CDL illegally, drove truck illegally, made illegal u-turn, killed 3 people unjustifiably his fault

I see nothing in this chain of events that wasn't his choice. Certainly he did not intend to kill anyone but that just makes it an illegal killing that was not murder one.

His remorse (or lack of it), his being from India, his being used to the way the people of India drive, his age ... none of that has a thing to do with the consequences, IMO.
