16. What part of Mamdani's rhetoric would not work in Iowa. Please be specific.

Am I supposed to believe that Iowans are cool with Billionaires getting a free ride while farmers barely get by?

Am I supposed to believe that Iowans don't mind their hospitals being shut down, their ObGyns leaving the state and doctor appointments being 90 days out?

Am I supposed to believe that Iowans are OK with their grocery bills going up 25% a year, and restaurant costs even more?

Am I supposed to believe that Iowans don't mind their kids being saddles with student loan debt for their entire lives while pig corporations are able to get financing at half the rate we charge students?

I don't believe that. It seems to me you are saying that a Muslim or a person with a New York accent can't campaign effectively in Iowa. That sounds a bit bigoted, but may be true. But that is not what DeBlasio is saying. He is saying that Mamdani is campaigning on the issues that people are really concerned about. And I bet that in almost every case, these are the same issues Iowans are very concerned about.
