1. While a major hassle for James, actually could be a good thing

as it furthers the idea of Trump bringing frivolous cases against political enemies. Virtually every legal opinion is that Comey's case has not merit at all and will be quickly tossed. James' case seems to boil down to a very minor technicality that was of no consequence to anything. There was no intent to defraud and she received no benefit from that technical error.

Let us remember that James WON the case against Trump for civil fraud, although Trump got the award quashed on appeal. If she can get this case dismissed quickly, that will add to the narrative of Trump abusing the judicial system with malicious lawsuits paid for by the taxpayers.
