And to some extent many of them were genuinely duped, and it's not evil to have been duped.

But at some point that's not a good enough excuse. It's just too damn obvious he's a crook, I mean he's literally a convicted felon. They blatantly are treating many Americans with utter contempt and violating laws and rights all over the place.

I remember all too well during when Covid started, I knew many republicans who advised everyone to scrub up, mask up, social distance, etc., some noting that masks were known for over 100 years to help during pandemics. then one day Donnie said mask bad and overnight these same people were instantly on the back to work masking is an evil liberal conspiracy bandwagon.

And they change their minds on other topics where they know better if Donnie tells them to do so.

Stupidity alone does not adequately explain this. They know it's a lie yet they insist on defending it 100%.

That's evil.
