with a vigilante mentality.

Untrained, unskilled, non-professional people being sicced on their fellow citizens. It is exactly what we are seeing being recorded on cell phones, around the country. It is clear some of these people being empowered have personality traits that make them dangerous.

How many lawsuits will it take to stop them?!
