The key here is the progressive realization. Setting a goal, reaching it, and not setting another goal does not meet Nightingale's definition of success. To leave no one standing except MAGAts and loyalists will not stop the power trippers from finding another target. Niemoller said first they came for the socialists and stated how that was not enough. The leopards have an unsatiable hunger.
