11. "Never anger a nurse" is such a shitty thing to say, both for nurses and patients

Nurses definitely choose whether to go above and beyond in the course of their day to make a person's experience a little easier. But to imply that care is something you "earn" by being "a good person" is just medical oppression in the service of white supremacy, and there's way too much of that already.
