(5,133 posts)38. This is just going in circles at this point but I'll give it one final go as simple as I can state it:
To regulate something, you need to be in power. To be in power you need to win an election. To win an election you need to offer people somethings besides "I'm going to take away the thing you like". What do you want to offer them?
