Hi all, I've been checking in on DU daily but not spending a great deal of time here while I recuperate. My cardiology follow up appointment went well with them saying if I continue as i am, I should be back to no restrictions in another 3 months after I finish rehab.
It's been tough being a patient patient, but I'm trying my best to follow instructions about dietary, exercise, stress, etc changes. My spouse and cats are happy to have me around more, though it's been a huge change going from caregiver to care taker.
All that said, thank you for continuing the good fight, best wishes and take care.
And fuck ICE and minions.

Sounds like things are going well for you, but always remember that it'll take time.
