in November of 2024. The difference is (probably, anyway) that I didn't go to cardiac rehab, because by the time they called me it was 6 months later and I had already pretty much rehabbed myself with daily walks and was back to working at the shelter. I did go and check out the place, but the minute I walked in I immediately got severely claustrophobic; too much equipment packed into too small a place, and too noisy. So I politely said no thanks and walked out and continued my life. Per my last echocardiogram I'm doing fine. Just don't treat yourself as a cardiac cripple and you'll be okay! Best wishes from VA.
