6. Her Duncan Hines box baking mixes are pretty good...

Of course, it's difficult to mess up baking mixes, unless you mess up the personal touch add-ins that make that cornbread or cake/brownie mix "Home made".
Haele
(Have you ever put cinnamon imperial candies and 80% cocoa orange chocolate chunks into the Jiffy value brownie mix from the back of the cabinet to jazz it up for the last minute forgot there was an office potluck entry? )
