He replaced Sessions in Fenruary 2019 and stayed until almost to the end of Trump's first term. And yes, Barr's father was headmaster of the school where Epstein taught in the 1970s. Barr also previously worked at a law firm that once represented Epstein. Calls were made for him to recuse himself from the Epstein case due to possible conflicts of interest, but he ignored them.
