By less than 5 minutes before others did as well. You can accuse her of “using the me too movement” but you have no evidence of her intentions, so it’s just an accusation.

Since an ethics committee hearing is not a trial no one gets to “make their case”. It’s not a trial with a prosecution and defense. It’s a closed door hearing that may or may not call witnesses to testify. Plus Gillibrand didn’t accuse him of anything, but 8 women did, which is why 39 Senators said he should resign. Obviously, a highly coordinated effort by leadership, not the action of one junior Senator.
