Is there any place in the world where killing a leader of a sovereign country is not an international crime? [View all]

It is not something that we talk about in America. We are too busy talking about other crimes.

But, which American president will be sacrificed in the future to pay for this "crime"? Will it be the next President" Or the one after that?

Assassinating the leader of another country is murder. It is punishable by death. Can America not see the seriousness of this crime?

Declaring war does not excuse the action.

Why must the American people pay for the crime of one man?
