I reiterate: If both Houses pass the War Powers Act Bill, [View all]

and they can override an expected veto, then WHOSE orders, directives, etc. will THE PENTAGON follow?

If Trump says "feet on the ground" after the WPA is in effect, will the generals follow those orders? Or like Mark Kelly, will those be "illegal orders"?
