So much talent, abilities and due to factors (of America being America) not given the platforms compatible with her skills and intelligence. America is growing step-by-incremental steps, yet the frustration that one can feel is the same as it was during Ms. Jordan’s time. A flower not allowed to fully bloom into all that she could have been. Ms. Crockett and others like her, may their times come, but it is a shame that there doesn’t ever seem to be the right time.
