49. Reminds me of the last time I lived in a rental.

I sold the light fixtures, broke the toilet and ripped the front porch off! Oh no, that’s right, I left it better than I found it. If I had to describe the most despicable human possible I could not imagine anyone as sick as this guy. I was the mom of a willful child. I thought I had seen it all but that was absolutely nothing to the madness this guy exudes! I could never imagine anyone as sick as this! I beg the universe to make it stop!
