Total Fatalities: Reports indicate over 1,200 to 1,268 deaths in Lebanon due to the conflict.

Specific Attacks: An Israeli strike on a Lebanese army checkpoint killed at least one soldier, with other reports suggesting up to nine
Lebanese soldiers killed since early March.

Infrastructure Damage: More than 100 high-rise buildings in Beirut have been destroyed.

Displacement: Over 1 million people have been displaced, and 200,000 have crossed into Syria.

Regional Context: The conflict is part of a broader war initiated on Feb 28, 2026, following attacks on Iran, which has seen heavy fighting between Israel and Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.
