To the ear and mind of us purely secular-folk it sounds as insane as it actually is, but to people like Hegseth and a vast majority of the Republican conference it seems to be a real goal to aspire to.

Having spent their entire lives thinking it would happen naturally, they are coming to the conclusion that they are the ones that will have to start the battle or it won't ever come. Jesus did his job a little too well apparently.

Sure, it goes against all of the teachings, but for these Reich-wing "Christians", if you want something done right....

Separation of Church and State is for losers that want to live in peace or something....
