Tuesday

My question is, how effective will it be?

What's your benchmark for "effective"?

It seemed to be easy to convince people to gather with signs.

Organizing is a pain in the ass and while there's certainly a point where momentum takes over, "easy" is not a word I would use.

Will people join a general strike?

Will you?

It just seems ambitious to me.

You don't get what you don't aim for.
