But behind the scenes you can rest assured that everything possible is done to test all parts of the spacecraft. My son is a software engineer on the Artemis program at KSC, and his group will be conducting a synchronized simulation in the room next to the launch team's. Prior to today, they have been doing periodic simulations throughout the year. I spoke to him last night and he said his biggest worry is that he'll be able to get through the traffic jam to get to work today.
