49. Smaller cattle herds will mean smaller feedlot operations, less market for corn and soybeans.

You can feed cattle all the corn you want but eventually they stop putting on weight (IIRC 10lbs of corn for each lb of meat is about the best you can do). So they have to add protein-rich soybeans to get the cattle to put on a few more pounds (some meat, some fat). Probably get less protein out of that beef than the soybeans contained, so eat the soybeans yourself and forget the beef. High beef prices could actually help put downward pressure on prices of meat substitutes. And remember the USA has plenty of cheap soybeans, especially now that China quit buying them from US farmers because of Trmp's 20% tariff. And Trmp made it even worse for them, by promising to import soybeans from Argentina. Vegetarians and vegans could well end up being less affected by Trmp's inflation juggernaut than others. Go shop for meat subsititutes wherever you can. Learn how to cook felafel, lentils, chickpeas, and dal. Look up the health benefits of sweet potatoes and other foods you seldom eat -- compare them to beef and other meats (noting that vegetables do not contain cholesterol, for example). Learn to cook like the brown-skinned foreigners Trmp hates and you'll be better off under his inept maladministration.

Oh, and check out the Cooking and Baking Forum for recipes, The Vegetarian, Vegan and Animal Rights forum is just gory animal cruelty stories at this point.
