Yesterday

that means they will NOT abide by the intention of the ruling. They will just modify their actions slightly to force the litigation to start over on a different footing. These people are completely lawless, so don't be counting any chickens.

They will probably do something like diverting the illegally confiscated tariff money to fund the "Trump Slush Fund 2.0, Now with Gold Plating". And they will do it completely through cronies so there isn't an issue with DoJ doing it.

When billions of dollars are sitting there in front of lifelong criminals, this is irresistible.
