Statutes grant citizenship to a bunch more people who would not otherwise be entitled to citizenship.
Kavenaugh believes this group of citizens are granted their citizenship by statue - not by the constitution.
What is granted by statue can be taken away by statue. I can't state it more simply.
To prove your point, you need to provide a statement made by Kavanaugh that (1) he believes that Congress can override the constitution OR (2) that he believes that this group of citizens are granted citizenship by the **constitution**
Either of those will prove your point about what Kavanaugh believes. So far, all you have provided in are unsupported assertions about his beliefs or tangents which do absolutely nothing to support your contention about what he believes.
Read his dissent (or anything else he has written) and give me a citation to support where he said one of the two things that will prove your assertion about what he believes.
