It sounds to me like you're doing all you can for now; you just need a break. You're in a rough patch now. I can't say how long it will last, but just keep telling yourself that you're going to make it through this.

I've been through more times like that than good ones and what I usually do is think about what I'll do when my situation gets better. It takes my mind off my present situation and I make better decisions the next time I have a little money. Another thing I do is think of all the ways my life could be worse, and then I'm glad for what I have now.

These sound like stupid little mind games to play, but it does seem to help. It's hard to see the end of it right now, but you'll get there. Life for most people is a series of ups and downs. Your time is going to come again, but you can't there without going through this.
